RiceNCexp:Browse

There are 738 and 699 rice mature miRNAs in miRbase and PmiREN, respectively. We merged the miRNAs of the two databases by name and sequence of the miRNA. After merging, we collected a total of 1228 rice mature miRNAs and used different suffixes to distinguish their sources. The "_Both" suffix indicates that the miRNA comes from both the miRbase and the PmiREN. The "_miRbase" suffix indicates that the miRNA is only from the miRbase, and the "_PmiREN" suffix indicates that the miRNA is only from the PmiREN. In addition, 71 novel miRNAs were predicted by RiceNCexp and suffixed with "_RiceNCexp". Therefore, RiceNCexp contains a total of 1299 rice miRNAs.
