RiceNCexp estimates the expression capacities of lncRNAs PHAS genes, microRNAs and phasiRNAs based on their expression levels in rice (Oryza sativa). For a certain context, high capacity non-coding RNAs (HCR) are expressed at high expression levels in at least one sample (HEP > 0.0%), and Low capacity non-coding RNAs (LCR) are expressed at low expression levels in all samples (HEP = 0.0% and MEP = 0.0%). The remaining lncRNAs are medium-capacity ncRNAs (MCR) (HEP = 0.0% and MEP > 0.0%)

HE: High-Expressed (TPM > upper quantile); ME: Medium-Expressed (TPM < upper quantile and TPM > lower quantile); LE: Low-Expressed (TPM < lower quantile); NE: Not Expressed.

HEP: High-Expressed Percentage; MEP: Medium-Expressed Percentage; LEP: Low-Expressed Percentage; NEP: Not Expressed Percentage.

HCR: High-Capacity ncRNA; MCR: Medium-Capacity ncRNA; LCR: Low-Capacity ncRNA
