PhasiRNAs play important role in various biological processes, such as plant immunity, stress resistance and development. We construct a phasiRNA regulatory pathway database based on data which generating by strict analysis pipline from phasiHunter. PhasiRBase currently stores 209 degradome verified phase initiator, 7749 PHAS Loci, 103964 phasiRNAs and 61073 degradome verified phasiRNA target gene from 8 species.
